Hi — I’m a Senior Technical Instructional Designer who thrives working in complex SaaS and AI-driven environments. I design learning systems that accelerate product adoption, reduce onboarding friction, and build confidence in high-stakes technical workflows.

My doctoral research examined how psychological safety, autonomy, competence, and relatedness influence motivation in digital and gamified environments. I apply these principles directly to enablement and product education — simplifying complexity, reducing cognitive friction, and supporting confident decision-making under pressure.
